What Information We Collect

When you book a diagnostic preview call, the booking form collects your name, business name, email address, phone number and the calendar slot you select.

If you submit a general enquiry through the contact form, it collects the same fields.

This site also collects standard analytics data when you visit: pages viewed, how you arrived at the site, device type and session behaviour. We collect this data via Google Analytics and Framer.com.

Cookies are set by the booking tool and the analytics tool. You can manage cookies through your browser settings at any time.

Why We Collect It

The booking and contact form data is used to prepare and deliver your diagnostic session and to follow up on any enquiry you send through.

To be specific: we use your booking information to prepare and deliver your diagnostic session. Any data you share with us during that session is covered under our services agreement, not this policy.

The analytics data tells us how people find and use this site. That is its only purpose.

How We Store It and Who Holds It

GoHighLevel (GHL) holds your booking and contact information. You can review GHL's data handling terms at goHighLevel.com/privacy. Google Analytics and Framer.com hold your analytics data. Both platforms operate to industry-standard security specifications.

We do not store your personal data on local servers or unprotected systems.

Who We Share It With

Three parties hold your data: GHL, Google Analytics and Framer.com. That is it.

We do not sell your data. We do not pass it to marketing partners, data brokers or any other third party.

How Long We Keep It

We retain booking and contact information for 7 years.

If you want your data deleted before that period, you can request it at any time. See the contact section below.

Your Rights Under Australian Privacy Law

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we hold about you

  • Request access to it

  • Ask us to correct it if it is wrong

  • Request that we delete it

  • Make a complaint to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner if you believe we have handled your data improperly

We respond to access, correction and deletion requests within 30 days of receipt.

Data Breaches

If a data breach occurs that is likely to result in serious harm, we will notify you and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner in accordance with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme under the Australian Privacy Act 1988.
